client: Ordway role: Sr Designer and photography direction challenge: to create a advertising campaign that highlighted the mainstage artist in a way that felt commemorative and more concert-like. results: this campaign reflected the concept of contrasts for the annual Flint Hills International Children's Festival presented by Ordway. Poetic captures of the show translated into a catchy trio of playful headlines. The brochure design folds into a commemorative poster with a cascade of confetti amongst floating typography. I bid photography, culled a shot list, and guided them at the event with a three-day itinerary. The ARTwalk featured local artists in a city-wide window gallery that was stylized with a confetti-style treatment to unify and distinguish the event.
